About

At Miss Sophie Sing Along, I believe in the power of music, play, and connection in the early years of life. Research in infant and early childhood education consistently shows that music supports children’s in developing

  • Fine Motor skills

  • Emotional regulation

  • Language development

  • Literacy and numeracy development

  • Social connection

  • & more!

I bring carefully crafted, research-based music sessions directly to your centre or community group, making music accessible and enjoyable for both children and staff. I can tailor all sessions to any Day Care group, community group or parent group.

With a background in early childhood music education, a formal teaching degree, hands-on classroom experience, and the fresh perspective of being a new mum, I design holistic sessions tailored for infants and pre-primary aged children.

What to Expect from a Session:

Each session follows a research-supported structure that includes:

  • Welcome & greeting songs

  • Fine motor skill development activities

  • Music and movement for gross motor skills

  • Instrument play and exploration

  • Calming wind-down time to finish
